What we process and why

• Hosting (Vercel Inc., USA): server logs (IP address, browser, time) to deliver and secure the website. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Checkout (Whop): name, email and payment data to process your purchase. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Login & course progress (Supabase): email address, login sessions, completed lessons and tasks. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Support chat (Crisp): loaded only when you open the chat; messages and email you provide. Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR.
• Chat answers (Anthropic): questions typed into the on-page chat are sent to Anthropic's API to generate an answer. Don't enter sensitive data. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Video hosting ([Bunny.net / Vimeo]): lesson videos in the members area.
• Analytics & ads (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics 4): only after you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookies" in the footer. After a purchase we send a hashed email and the order value to Meta and TikTok to measure our ads.
